Duties

• Prepare and present a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, pastries, fruits, and beverages, adhering to food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to ensure all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are hygienic and compliant with health regulations.
• Operate kitchen appliances such as coffee machines, toasters, grills, and food warmers efficiently and safely.
• Assist with food handling tasks, including portioning ingredients and managing food storage to prevent waste.
• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or catering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety management, and sanitizing procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to manual handling guidelines.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
• Familiarity with food industry standards such as dietary considerations, banquets, or catering is advantageous.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift weight safely, and perform manual handling tasks as required.

Pay: $15.50 per hour
