We are looking for a dependable, friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team! In this role, you will help our guests start their day with a welcoming atmosphere, a well-stocked complimentary breakfast buffet, and excellent service.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up the breakfast area and have all items ready before breakfast service begins.
• Prepare and replenish food, beverages, utensils, plates, and other breakfast supplies.
• Keep the buffet, dining tables, counters, and beverage stations clean and organized throughout service.
• Clear tables promptly and transport dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and food preparation surfaces.
• Check breakfast equipment and service ware and report damage or maintenance needs to management.
• Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and address concerns in a friendly and timely manner.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food storage procedures.
• Clean and close the breakfast area after service and prepare supplies for the following day.
• Monitor inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.

Candidates must be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled. Previous breakfast service, food service, or hospitality experience is preferred.
