Breakfast Attendant

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours 6AM - 10AM, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to hospitality will play a key role in creating a positive atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, while maintaining high standards of food presentation.
• Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving stations throughout the breakfast service.
• Assist with the operation of POS systems such as Aloha POS or OpenTable when necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Experience in guest services or similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, OpenTable) is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic cooking skills are advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
