Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with enthusiasm, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Set up breakfast stations, including food displays, utensils, and condiments, to create an appealing environment
• Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food preparation surfaces in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock supplies such as beverages, utensils, and food items to ensure smooth service flow
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms
• Follow food handling procedures diligently to uphold safety and hygiene regulations

Experience

• Prior food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
• Experience working in restaurants or hotels enhances your ability to deliver excellent guest services
• Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation is a plus
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures ensures smooth transactions
• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members effectively
• Previous experience in barista roles or serving positions can be advantageous in this fast-paced environment
• A background in hospitality or hotel operations supports understanding of guest expectations and service excellence
