Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary: Part time hours 12-20 hours a week depending on occupancy

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly displayed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving utensils
• Serve food and beverages to guests with a friendly, professional attitude while adhering to food safety standards
• Replenish food supplies promptly to ensure a continuous breakfast service without interruption
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, arranging pastries, or assembling breakfast items as needed
• Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Experience serving or catering in banquet or hospitality settings is preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety protocols is essential
• Background in restaurant or food industry roles such as barista experience or dietary aide work is advantageous
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
