Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service during breakfast hours, ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience. This role requires a passion for food service, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Cook and present breakfast items, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area by bussing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
• Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any dietary needs or preferences.
• Assist in the delivery of food items to guests as necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of breakfast items.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary roles, restaurant settings, or catering is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food service practices including cooking techniques and safe food handling procedures.
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment such as coffee machines, ovens, and knives safely.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in bussing or delivery driving is a plus but not required.
• Must be available any day of the week including weekends/Holidays
• Hours are 5:00 am - 11:00 am Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 12:00 pm Saturday and Sunday
