Duties

• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to uphold health regulations and ensure guest safety
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations safely and efficiently
• Handle manual food handling tasks with care, including portioning, stacking, and plating dishes
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems for breakfast orders when applicable
• Assist with food preparation tasks like chopping, assembling ingredients, or replenishing supplies as needed
• Provide friendly in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or catering settings
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
• Strong manual handling skills for lifting, carrying, or moving food items and supplies
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory levels
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Experience with POS systems for processing payments accurately
• Familiarity with dietary considerations and food handling best practices within the food industry
• Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts as required in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
