The Breakfast Attendant prepares and arranges the daily continental breakfast, ensuring that the breakfast items are well stocked, and cleaning up after breakfast. The Breakfast Attendant ensures that guests have a satisfying dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a clean dining area, refill food as necessary, roll silverware, and stock service areas
• Heating pre-cooked foods and replenish packaged foods
• Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the buffet tables
• Greet guests that enter the breakfast area
• Remove dirty dishes and glasses and clean tables after customers finish meals
• Clean kitchen and breakfast area, washing dishes and other items
• Place weekly food orders
• Assist in deep cleaning of breakfast area and other public spaces
• Prepare food and service items for next day
