We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast hours, ensuring that all food and beverage offerings are presented beautifully and maintained at the highest quality. Duties

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Set up complimentary breakfast including food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Monitor food stations to ensure freshness and availability of items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Preparation of breakfast items and maintain as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest relations.
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Ensure timely service and quality food presentation.
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Good communication skills, including phone etiquette for any guest inquiries.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required.
