We are seeking an energetic and attentive Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items efficiently, adhering to food safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations.
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, plating, and portioning ingredients using proper knife skills and culinary techniques.
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, including answering questions about menu items, and providing exceptional customer service.
• Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and beverages to ensure smooth service throughout the shift.
• Follow all food handling protocols and dietary guidelines to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/host, server, or catering assistant is preferred.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and proper cleaning procedures.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting supplies or cleaning equipment.
• Experience with meal preparation, coffee brewing (Barista experience), or culinary tasks is advantageous.
• Knowledge of dietary accommodations and food handling regulations ensures safe service delivery.
