Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen stations, and food service equipment through regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures
• Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitizing procedures to ensure guest safety
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming stations safely and efficiently
• Assist with food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, portioning, and garnishing to meet menu specifications
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service
• Support food industry standards by adhering to dietary guidelines and accommodating special dietary needs when possible

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly desirable
• Knowledge of food safety management and sanitizing procedures is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
• Ability to handle manual tasks such as weight handling in the workplace and operating kitchen equipment safely
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experience
• Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing POS systems
• Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and service
