Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, ensuring high standards of presentation and taste.
• Follow recipes and portion controls accurately to maintain consistency across all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety regulations.
• Assist in preparation to optimize efficiency during busy service times.
• Support the team in serving guests promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory management to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth, efficient breakfast service from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, meal preparation, and food safety standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by the breakfast service schedule.

Pay: £12.71-£13.50 per hour
