If you enjoy being in a fast-paced environment and being independent in your work, then you will be well suited to this role. Being well organised with strong kitchen skills is important but so is your ability to engage with our guests as they start their day.

The working pattern for this role is mornings only 5 out of 7 days based on 35 hours per week.

Breakfast Chef

Our breakfast chef is a pivotal role in the kitchen, as they start the day and set up the kitchen for success. For our guests the breakfast chef ensures there is a well prepared, fresh and substantial breakfast available to set them up for their adventures. The role reports to the Executive Chef and supports the wider kitchen team with preparation support and maintaining the cleanliness once breakfast is finished.

About the Business

Knoll House is located in Studland, Dorset, renowned for being one the most dramatic and sensitive landscapes in the UK. With a fascinating history and originally built as a summer house for the Banks family, Knoll was first operated as a hotel in 1939 and was an instant success.

The hotel has 70 rooms, together with a full-service bar and restaurant and a whole host of other family friendly facilities including a pool, cinema room and outdoor play areas which make a stay at Knoll full of memories that last a lifetime. There is such a diversity of facilities available that Knoll House attracts guests from all walks of life and being dog-friendly means that whether guests want to explore the coast and local area or relax in the lounge and grounds onsite there is space for everyone to have a unique break and our team are always on hand to add a personal touch.
