As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items with precision and flair, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other morning specialties
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
• Assist in planning breakfast menus that highlight fresh ingredients and innovative flavors
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes and excellent guest service
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs for replenishment to management
• Follow all health and safety procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of breakfast cuisine and meal preparation techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety protocols
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is essential
• Ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards in food presentation and taste

Pay: £12.71-£19.85 per hour
