Breakfast Chef

Job Summary:

The Breakfast Chef is responsible for the early morning food service and culinary functions of the facility, including preparation, service, and presentation of high quality, timely and accurate meals.

Job Duties:

• Food preparation and service including cleaning and Washing and presentation of high quality, timely and accurate meals.
• Able to work Alone early mornings cooking for our Hotel and Wedding Guests
• Assisting with maintaining the overall Cleanliness of the kitchen
• Prepare, cook, serve, and present a variety of diets in accordance with The Rochford Hotel policies.
• Cleaning equipment setup, storage, sanitizing, sanitary storage and disposal of equipment. Maintain a safe working environment by complying with food safety and hygiene practices. Follows all safety procedures as well as participates in all training programs to further develop skills.
• Other duties as assigned including preparation for Functions and events
• Preperation and stock control of breakfast items

Job Types: Zero hours contract, Permanent, Part-time

Pay: From £13.71 per hour
