Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, creativity, and consistency, ensuring high-quality standards are met at all times
• Assist in menu planning and ingredient selection for breakfast offerings, incorporating fresh, seasonal ingredients whenever possible
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when replenishments are needed
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of breakfast dishes and exceptional guest service
• Follow all health and safety regulations during meal preparation, including proper handling of food and equipment
• Support the team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food safety standards such as HACCP or equivalent certifications
• Hands-on experience with meal preparation for breakfast service preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
• Knowledge of food presentation techniques that enhance visual appeal of dishes
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule
• Previous experience serving guests or working in a customer-focused setting is advantageous
