Full-time | Café | Daytime Hours

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef / Breakfast Chef to join our busy café team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced café environment and takes pride in delivering quality breakfast and café-style dishes.

About the role

• Lead and manage the kitchen on a daily basis
• Prepare and cook breakfast and café-style meals
• Maintain consistently high food quality and presentation
• Manage food preparation, stock levels and ordering
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Train and support kitchen staff
• Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials

About you

• Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef or experienced Breakfast Chef
• Strong breakfast and café cooking experience
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
• A positive attitude and ability to lead a team
• Passionate about good food and quality
