Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, pastries, and other specialty dishes with precision and flair
• Ensure all food is cooked to the highest quality standards, maintaining consistency in presentation and flavor
• Follow established recipes and portion controls to deliver uniform dishes every time
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of supplies needed
• Support other kitchen staff during busy periods, ensuring timely meal preparation and service
• Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to breakfast cuisine
• Previous kitchen experience demonstrating efficiency in meal preparation under time constraints
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting
• Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Serving experience is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude towards guest service is important

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
