Breakfast Chef

In this role you will help us generate repeat custom, by cooking and plating perfectly cooked breakfast food in line with our kitchen standards. You will also assist the kitchen team by undertaking daily prep duties for the kitchen.

You will be:

Punctual, a good team player, and passionate about quality food. Ideally you will have experience of high volume breakfast or a busy restaurant service, but training can be provided if you have a background in cooking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To learn all our dishes, following spec sheets, ensuring dishes are portioned correctly, minimise waste and meet customers expectations.

To ensure that shift lists are completed to a high standard and the following shift are well prepared.

To communicate effectively with the management team, ensuring any obstacles to excellent service are overcome swiftly.

To comply with all health and safety legislation. Maintaining kitchen safety records.

To be fully aware of the Accident reporting (RIDDOR), Fire, Health and Safety, COSHH and other company policies.
