• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings.

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a breakfast or line chef, ideally in a luxury or boutique hotel.
• A calm, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
• A creative eye for presentation and a strong understanding of dietary needs.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
