What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of breakfast prep,service and clean-down,ensuring everything is ready for the morning rush
• Preparing,cooking and presenting fresh breakfast dishes to Peach standards
• Keeping the breakfast section organised,stocked and ready for a busy morning service
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Helping the wider kitchen team with preparation and handover once breakfast service is complete
• Contributing ideas for seasonal breakfast specials using fresh,quality ingredients
• Maintaining excellent standards of food safety,hygiene,stock rotation and kitchen safety
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver consistent dishes guests want to come back for
• Living The Peach values and helping us Make Life Peachy for every guest.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude,solid kitchen experience and a genuine passion for cooking fresh food. You’ll be confident taking ownership of breakfast service,able to work efficiently during busy mornings and committed to delivering consistently high standards from the first plate to the last.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

• Friendly,reliable and ready to take ownership
• Experienced in a fresh-food kitchen,ideally preparing and cooking breakfast dishes
• Confident preparing,cooking and presenting breakfast dishes to a high standard
• A positive team player who communicates well and supports a smooth handover to the wider kitchen team
• Calm,organised and able to work efficiently during a busy breakfast service
• Someone with good attention to detail and pride in consistency,quality and presentation
• Looking for a rewarding chef role with opportunities to develop,progress and contribute ideas.
