Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious breakfast dishes that delight our guests and set the tone for their day. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, attention to food safety, and ability to work efficiently will contribute to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere each morning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with food safety regulations
• Ensure all food is stored properly, adhering to hygiene standards
• Serve breakfast dishes promptly while providing excellent customer service to guests.

Experience

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
• Previous experience working as part of a culinary team, ideally in breakfast or brunch service
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques for various breakfast dishes.

This role may also involve so prep work for both lunch and dinner service each day.

Shifts are at set time each day, 0730 - 1230. The role requires 5 days a week and these will vary and include weekends.

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
