BREAKFAST CHEF DE PARTIE – FULL TIME, PERMANENT

6am to 2pm / 5 shifts per week inc weekends

Salary: £15.57p/h inc tronc

What knowledge you will have:

· Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant, luxury hotel or private members' club

· Excellent knowledge of breakfast cookery, preparation techniques and presentation standards

· Confidence managing your own section, ensuring mise en place is completed and service runs smoothly

· Ability to consistently prepare and deliver high-quality breakfast dishes to specification

· Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and dietary requirements

· Experience monitoring stock, controlling portions and minimising food waste

· Ability to support breakfast events, meeting catering and private member functions

· Confidence supporting junior chefs and working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef

· Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during busy service

· Flexible availability, including early mornings and weekends when required

· Punctual, reliable, positive and passionate about delivering exceptional food

• A genuine team player who takes pride in maintaining the highest kitchen standards
