Duties

• Prepare and cook a diverse range of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and other hot dishes with precision and flair
• Ensure all food preparation meets safety standards and maintains high quality standards at all times
• Assist in meal planning, portion control, and presentation to deliver visually appealing dishes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy breakfast hours
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to keep the kitchen well-equipped for service
• Serve finished dishes promptly and professionally to guests or front-of-house staff

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety protocols and food hygiene standards
• Excellent culinary skills with an eye for detail and presentation
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively
• Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast cuisine
• Previous experience in serving or interacting with guests is a plus
