**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidates will have experience in food preparation, and maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety.

**Responsibilities:**

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

• Cook and plate menu items as outlined in the menu and in cooperation with the staff, under the direction of the Executive Chef.

• Ensure that the kitchen operation maintains a high level of cleanliness and organization

• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

• Assist with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes

**Skills:**

• Proficiency in food handling and preparation techniques

• Experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

• Ability to work efficiently in a high demand kitchen environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
