Your Role

As our Breakfast Chef, you’ll take the lead in creating a high-quality breakfast experience for every guest. You’ll be:

• Preparing and cooking buffet and à la carte breakfast items to a high standard
• Ensuring food is presented attractively and replenished on time
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen at all times
• Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and minimising food waste
• Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth service

Hours: Typically 4.30am – 1.00pm, 2-3 days a week including weekends (flexibility required).

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need Michelin stars – just passion for good food and pride in your work. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• Previous kitchen or breakfast chef experience (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and reliability – early starts don’t faze you
• Attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
