Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Paddock Bakery’s standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment.
• Manage inventory and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Chef.
• Proficiency in various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Availability to work early mornings and weekends.
