Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast items in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality food production and adherence to food safety standards. This role requires a strong focus on kitchen operations, food sanitation, and efficient food preparation to deliver a satisfying breakfast experience for our guests.

Duties

• Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare breakfast dishes.
• Follow food safety and sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Prepare and cook breakfast items in high-volume production settings, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Assist in food assembly, plating, and presentation according to established standards.
• Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies during food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and smooth kitchen workflow.

Experience

• Proven experience in high-volume food production or commercial kitchen environments.
• Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and mixers.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitizing procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with a focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
