Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items with precision and consistency, including eggs, pancakes, breakfast meats, and more
• Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards of quality, presentation, and safety
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices
• Assist in meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and setting up stations for efficient service
• Serve breakfast dishes promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy morning hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
• Experience with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast items
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and basic cooking techniques
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred
