Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety protocols.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new breakfast options and seasonal specials.
• Handle food with care, using proper knife skills and cooking techniques to maximize flavor and texture.
• Support catering events or special breakfast services as needed, ensuring timely delivery of all dishes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy morning hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings, preferably with fine dining experience.
• Strong knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene practices.
• Experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus.
• Skilled in meal preparation, knife skills, and food industry best practices.
