Breakfast Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a short order breakfast and lunch line cook.

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our small fast paced diner. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to food safety, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

• Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain organization
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality presentation and service.
• Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and catering events.

Experience

• Previous experience in a fast paced, fast-casual environment or similar role within the food industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on cooking, meal preparation, and fine dining.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols and best practices in food handling.
• Experience in fast casual restaurant or kitchen environments is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in cooking and execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also taking initiative when necessary.

Located near the West Palm Beach DMV and the Courthouse, we are open Monday through Friday, no weekends or holidays.

Hours are from 5:30 - approximately 1:30-2, we are looking for someone reliable, trustworthy and with experience in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
