Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including eggs, pancakes, bacon, fruits, and other morning favorites with precision and enthusiasm
• Follow established recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality in every dish
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work station in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in meal prep activities to support efficient kitchen operations during busy hours
• Monitor ingredients levels and communicate needs to ensure smooth service flow
• Serve breakfast dishes promptly to guests or assist with plating for buffet-style service
• Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive kitchen environment and deliver excellent guest experiences

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent understanding of meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast cuisine
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively
• Previous experience serving or interacting with customers is a plus

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
