Breakfast Cook

We are seeking a dependable Breakfast Cook to prepare menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. The ideal candidate has basic cooking knowledge, takes pride in food preparation and presentation, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, and completing other food preparation tasks.
• Cook menu items using various cooking equipment and methods.
• Monitor food while cooking to ensure proper preparation and quality.
• Present dishes attractively before serving.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment.
• Ensure food and other kitchen items are stored properly.
• Check ingredient quality and report any concerns.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or supply needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Previous cooking experience preferred.
• Experience using knives, cookware, bakeware, and other kitchen equipment.
• Knowledge of cooking methods, including grilling, baking, and boiling.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform kitchen duties throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; culinary school training is a plus.
• Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
