Bulla Gastrobar Winter Park is seeking a skilled and dependable Breakfast Cook to join its culinary team. The ideal candidate will prepare breakfast and brunch dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency. This role requires a strong work ethic, effective teamwork, and the ability to maintain quality standards during busy morning and weekend brunch services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and brunch dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Cook eggs, omelets, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, and other assigned menu items.
• Prepare ingredients and organize the cooking station before service.
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food preparation instructions.
• Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Monitor food temperatures and follow proper food safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Restock ingredients and communicate inventory needs to the kitchen supervisor.
• Accommodate special dietary requests and communicate food allergy concerns appropriately.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and sanitation duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook, or prep cook is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to prepare multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
• Attention to food quality, portion control, and presentation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine kitchen tasks safely.
• Availability for morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
