Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast dishes such as eggs, pancakes, omelets, French toast, and other menu items according to established recipes.
• Follow preparation instructions, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.
• Set up the cooking station with the necessary ingredients, utensils, and equipment before service.
• Cook and plate orders accurately while maintaining consistent food quality.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to complete orders promptly during busy breakfast periods.
• Monitor ingredient freshness and notify supervisors when supplies are running low.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, temperature control, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Clean kitchen equipment and utensils according to restaurant standards.
• Assist with inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Interest in breakfast preparation and restaurant kitchen operations.
• Previous line cook, breakfast cook, or food preparation experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle routine kitchen equipment.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
