Duties

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide prompt, courteous service to enhance their breakfast experience
• Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring food presentation meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
• Follow food safety sanitizing procedures diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and service
• Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and handle weight-based food items with care
• Restock supplies, condiments, utensils, and beverages regularly to keep the area well-equipped for service
• Uphold food safety management practices by adhering to all health regulations and dietary guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless in-person customer service in a lively setting

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred; restaurant or culinary experience is highly valued
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling best practices
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for managing orders, weights, and payments
• Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required
• Ability to lift weight safely during manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods during shifts
• Previous banquet or hospitality experience is advantageous; dietary aide experience is a bonus
