We are seeking an energetic and welcoming WEEKEND Breakfast Host to create a vibrant and memorable morning experience for our guests. Your role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment, and supporting food preparation and service operations. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive in-person customer service throughout their breakfast experience
• Assist with food preparation, ensuring breakfast items are served fresh, appealing, and in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies to uphold hygiene standards
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, supporting food handling and basic culinary tasks as needed
• Process food delivery truck.
• Follow food safety management protocols diligently to ensure compliance with health regulations and proper food handling practices
• Support catering or special event setups when required, contributing to a seamless guest experience from start to finish

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or restaurant environments
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling standards, and culinary practices
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and perform manual handling tasks comfortably
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest satisfaction
• Experience with POS systems and processing cash transactions accurately
• Basic math skills for order accuracy and inventory management
• Familiarity with wine knowledge or beverage service is a plus but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Prior catering or dietary aide experience is advantageous but not mandatory
