Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable line cook who works well with a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items according to established recipes and menu specifications, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by following food safety sanitizing procedures throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times to uphold health regulations and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to manage high-volume production during busy breakfast hours, ensuring timely service.
• Adhere strictly to recipe guidelines, portion control, and presentation standards for all breakfast dishes.

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, with a focus on breakfast or high-volume production.
• Strong knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling practices.
• Experience with dietary department requirements or dietary aide experience is a plus.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32.0 – 42.0 per week
