Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Follow recipes and food presentation standards to deliver visually appealing meals
• Handle food safely by maintaining proper hygiene, storage, and handling procedures
• Assist with meal assembly and plating to meet timely service demands
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
• Support food service operations by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy mornings
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen flow and excellent guest experience

Experience

• Prior food preparation or cooking experience in a restaurant or food industry setting preferred
• Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards required
• Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and meal preparation techniques beneficial
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper hygiene practices
• Previous restaurant experience involving breakfast or morning service highly desirable
