Breakfast Server

Part-Time | Morning Shift

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing attentive and welcoming service to hotel guests while maintaining Hilton standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous breakfast service.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve meals and beverages while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Set up and maintain the breakfast/dining area before and throughout service.

Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.

Replenish supplies and assist with breakfast setup and breakdown.

Process guest checks and payments accurately, when applicable.

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding guest orders and special requests.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.

Respond professionally to guest questions, concerns, and requests.

Assist other Food & Beverage team members as needed.

Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant, hotel, or food service experience preferred.

Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.

Dependable and punctual.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be available for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
