Breakfast Server

Duties

• Greet guests warmly as they arrive, offering menus and answering initial questions about breakfast options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, including coffee, cocktails, wine, and specialty drinks, demonstrating spirits and wine knowledge.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
• Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in sales transactions processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations.
• Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including food handling, sanitation checks, and inventory management.
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.

Experience

• Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred, especially within fine dining or breakfast service environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous for efficient order processing.
• Knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink pairing enhances guest interactions.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy breakfast hours.
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques is essential.
• Customer service skills that foster guest satisfaction through attentive listening, friendly communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Experience:
