Job Summary

Three Boys Diner is seeking a friendly, attentive, and dependable Breakfast Server to provide welcoming service during busy breakfast and brunch hours. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with guests, accurately handling orders, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, provide menus, and explain breakfast specials when needed.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve breakfast dishes, coffee, and other beverages promptly.
• Check on guests during meals and respond courteously to requests.
• Communicate special requests and dietary concerns to kitchen staff.
• Prepare tables before service and clear dishes after guests finish.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and service stations.
• Process customer payments accurately according to restaurant procedures.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards.
• Work with the team to maintain efficient service during peak morning periods.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant serving or customer-service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tables and prioritize tasks.
• Basic math skills and willingness to learn the POS system.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability for morning shifts and occasional weekends.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
