Duties

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their breakfast experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
• Serve food and drinks efficiently, while upselling specials and enhancing sales opportunities
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity and precision
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills
• Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and cash handling accurately
• Food safety certification prederred or knowledge of sanitation standards
• Experience with food handling, food preparation, bussing, and guest relations in hospitality settings

Pay: $22.93 - $27.62 per hour
