Breakfast Server, Wally’s (Newport, RI)

About us: Wally’s is a Newport restaurant, and we’re hiring friendly, upbeat breakfast servers to keep our mornings running smoothly and make guests feel like regulars.

What you’ll do:

• Greet guests, take orders accurately and make menu recommendations
• Serve food and drinks promptly, and check back throughout the meal
• Handle payments and close out checks correctly
• Keep your section, side stations and coffee service stocked and clean
• Work with the kitchen, hosts and bussers to keep tables turning during the morning rush
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service rules (if applicable)

What we’re looking for:

• Serving experience preferred, especially breakfast or brunch, but we’ll train the right person
• Able to stay calm and friendly when it’s busy
• Available weekends and early mornings
• Able to stand and walk for a full shift and lift up to 25 lbs

Pay: $3.89 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
