Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to foster a friendly dining environment
• Take accurate breakfast orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and efficient service
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food handling and sanitation
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision, including cashiering and basic math calculations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, kitchen, and service stations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for all guests
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, special requests, or concerns promptly
• Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure proper food handling and hygiene practices are maintained at all times

Experience

• Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
• Experience in food handling, sanitation, and basic math for cash transactions is essential
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques within the food industry
• Ability to manage time effectively in busy settings while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen or food industry experience will be considered a plus for understanding food presentation and service flow

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 24.0 per week
