Compensation:
$19–$20 per hour on average after cash and credit card tips
(Base wage + tips combine to reach this range.)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the breakfast buffet
• Provide excellent guest service and beverage service
• Learn names and personally recognize our regular guests
• Accept guest payments and process credit card charges
• Wash and sanitize drinkware
• Clear and reset tables for dinner service in the restaurant area
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas: floors, counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, and storage areas
• Report equipment issues or maintenance concerns to the manager
• Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
• Communicate with the cook to ensure a smooth, successful shift
• Upsell other menu options
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle money and operate a cash register
• Able to stand for long periods (up to 5 hours)
• Able to reach, bend, stoop, and routinely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends
