Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
• Take breakfast orders accurately, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about food options
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and service stations
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including setting up buffet stations or replenishing items
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling of all food items
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service during busy breakfast hours

Skills

• Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
• Proven serving experience in restaurants, catering, or banquet environments
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Ability to assist with basic food preparation and buffet setup
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Hospitality background or barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in food and beverage service
• Experience with dietary accommodations or dietary aide roles enhances your ability to serve diverse guest needs
