Breakfast Service Manager

Job Summary

Original Pancake House is seeking an organized and customer-focused Breakfast Service Manager to oversee breakfast service operations, supervise restaurant staff, and ensure an excellent dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily service activities, maintain food quality and hospitality standards, and support efficient restaurant operations during busy breakfast hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily breakfast service and restaurant operations
• Supervise, train, and support servers, hosts, and other service staff
• Coordinate employee schedules and shift assignments
• Ensure prompt, friendly, and professional customer service
• Monitor food presentation, order accuracy, and service quality
• Address guest concerns and resolve service issues efficiently
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth service operations
• Monitor dining room cleanliness and overall presentation
• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering front-of-house supplies
• Prepare shift reports and recommend operational improvements

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage busy breakfast service periods
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and food safety practices
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
