Breakfast Supervisor

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Breakfast Supervisor to join our team and help run our busy breakfast service.

You’ll be responsible for making sure breakfast runs smoothly, the food looks and tastes great, and our guests receive a warm welcome and great service. You’ll also help lead the morning team and make sure everyone is organised and ready for the day ahead.

What you’ll be doing

• Running the day-to-day breakfast service
• Preparing, cooking and serving breakfast dishes
• Making sure food is presented to a high standard
• Leading and supporting the breakfast team
• Making sure guests receive friendly and efficient service
• Keeping the kitchen and breakfast areas clean, tidy and organised
• Making sure food hygiene and safety standards are followed
• Keeping an eye on stock levels and letting management know when things need ordering
• Helping train and support new members of the team
• Dealing with any guest questions or issues during service

What we’re looking for

We’d love someone who:

• Has experience working in a pub, restaurant, café or similar hospitality environment
• Is confident with food preparation and cooking
• Has some experience supervising or leading a team
• Is friendly, organised and comfortable working with guests
• Can stay calm and organised during a busy breakfast service
• Understands food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Is happy to get stuck in and work as part of the team
• Barista experience would be a bonus, but isn’t essential

This is a hands-on role, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of the action rather than just supervising from the sidelines.

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
