We have an exciting new vacancy for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our team at The Britannia International Hotel, one of the first hotels to be built in the iconic Canary Wharf. As a Breakfast Supervisor your duties will be:

• Welcome our guests and take their orders
• Set up the restaurant and tidy at the end of each shift
• Supervising shifts to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage service areas.
• Leading with an excellent standard of customer service
• Assisting with managing the team, including training and developing staff.
• Serve food and drinks
• Explain and advise guests of products and services.
• Ensure that adequate glassware, crockery, and other items are ready for each shift.
• This position involves early morning shifts and weekends.

The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent customer service skills. Full training will be given.
